Our commitment

Solenosoft aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA on our public marketing site, guest authentication flows, and client onboarding forms.

This statement describes our current conformance target, the measures we take, known limitations, and how to report accessibility barriers. It is intended for clients and visitors; it is not a third-party certification or a formal ITI VPAT.

Conformance status

Target: WCAG 2.1 Level AA on scoped public and guest surfaces.

We continuously improve accessibility. Some older content, embedded third-party widgets (for example payment checkout or PDF viewers), or admin tooling may not yet meet every Level AA criterion. Filament admin interfaces used by our team are outside the scope of this public statement.

Measures we take

  • Skip link to main content and clear page landmarks (header, main, footer, labeled navigation)
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators and keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu
  • Form labels, required-field indication, and error messaging that assistive technologies can announce
  • Accessible cookie consent controls with labeled options
  • Meaningful image alternatives and decorative images marked appropriately
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion on decorative animations
  • Language of parts marked where Spanish content is presented alongside English

Compatibility

We design and test primarily for recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, together with common assistive technologies such as screen readers available on those platforms. Older browsers or assistive technology combinations may have reduced support.

Known limitations

  • Third-party checkout, payment, or analytics embeds may inherit their own accessibility limitations.
  • Some PDF contracts and document viewers provide an alternate HTML or download path; complex PDFs may still present barriers.
  • User-generated or legacy media may occasionally lack complete text alternatives until reviewed.
